“Building B2B Pipeline Using Social Media Tools- Real Results and ROI” Business-to-Business Special Interest Group (SIG)

A top B2B priority in 2010 is integrating social media into the sales funnel.  Carrie Reber, VP Worldwide Marketing, will discuss Veeam Software's evolution in using social media tools to support lead generation objectives by tapping into the community, creating the dialog, developing campaigns and delivering leads to the sales and channel organization.  You will learn about Veeam's success in using Twitter, blogs, discussion forums and YouTube to participate in and leverage rich online communities, convert community members to customers, and measure the ROI to demonstrate effectiveness.    

Veeam Software is an international company with headquarters in Dublin, OH. Veeam provides innovative software solutions for virtual infrastructure systems management.  Veeam has more than 6000 customers and is currently adding new customers at a rate of 600 per month.  Carrie will describe how lead generation is supporting this rapid customer growth despite the B2B challenges of longer sales cycles and larger buying committees.

Directions to Sterling Commerce:  From I-270 and Tuttle Crossing Blvd, head west on Tuttle Crossing, turn north (right) at first light onto Emerald Pkwy, then an immediate right into the Sterling Commerce complex. Building #1 is first building on the right.

Prior to Veeam Software, she led product public relations and industry analyst relations for all business units of Quest Software, encompassing more than 100 software products to help IT professionals worldwide manage applications, databases and infrastructure.
