The Ohio State University Center for Personalized Health Care invites you to attend its fourth national conference on personalized health care, October 6-7, 2011. The theme of this year's conference is "The Future of P4 Medicine and Its Impact on Clinical Care". Topics focus on the infrastructure enabling P4 medicine, applications of genetics/genomics in clinical medicine, the latest breakthroughs in science, patient engagement and the challenges of making personalized health care a reality. The conference will bring together academic leaders, industry experts, government policy makers and healthcare providers from around the nation to discuss the latest developments in personalized medicine research and the challenges of translating these discoveries into clinical practice.
