This event will give young professionals an opportunity to discuss important topics relevant to their progression through corporate America. Young professionals will review and discuss case studies in small group format, followed by a larger group panel discussion. During the small group session, senior professionals listen to the discussion lending advise, playing devil’s advocate, or otherwise help to promote thoughtful discussion. During the panel discussion the participants reflect on the case studies and asks the panel generally about their professional experiences. Approximately 1.5 hrs will be spent on the case studies and panels discussions, with the balance of time will provide for networking, eating, and administrative overhead.
