Requirements:      

• Multi-Unit Restaurant Experience Required
• Minimum 3-5 years experience managing the operations, marketing, training, or related activities in a multi-unit restaurant environment. 
• Aptitude to understand and effectively communicate financial and operational performance advantages to be accrued through use of Syrus software and services. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal presence, and a proven track record of using those abilities to educate, persuade, and influence others.
• Ability to present to small or large groups, both via the Internet and in person
• Available to travel up to 50% of the time.

Syrus Restaurant Information Services has an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi-unit restaurant operator or executive who is looking to leverage their restaurant experience into a consultative selling and marketing career.

Syrus is a leading provider of back office and above store reporting tools and services to the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. We evolved as the technology arm of one of the largest franchise organizations in the Wendy’s system, and now provide our tools and services for Wendy’s and other nationally recognized restaurant brands.

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with extensive experience and a successful track record of analyzing information in the restaurant industry, and coaching and managing staff in multiple restaurant units to use that information to improve top line sales and bottom line results.

In this role, your talent and energies will focus on communicating and selling the strategic advantages of our tools and services, which include increased financial controls and improved financial and operational performance

• Generate sales leads through cold calls, referrals from current Syrus customer base, trade show attendance, and advertising campaigns. Follow up on and close sales from these leads. 
• Prepare sales presentations and present to current and prospective clients. Create and present proposals; follow up as necessary to manage prospective clients through sales funnel. 
• Consultative selling; understand the concerns and needs of prospective clients and manage the sales process to ensure specific Syrus products and capabilities are communicated and positioned to satisfy those needs. 
• Work with appropriate Syrus associates in Executive and Operations departments to coordinate company staff to accomplish work required to close sales.

COMPENSATION

• Base salary commensurate with experience, plus commission (no cap)
• Car and phone allowance provided, plus reimbursement for all travel expenses
