Required Skills

  • Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience to mid-range and enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of setting, achieving, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and self-driven; work independently.
  • Candidate should be able to build a highly effective relationship with potential customers without engaging in “pressure tactics”.
  • Ability to quickly qualify customers.
  • Technical skills, and experience with software sales are not required but are a big plus.
Description

Job Description: The Account Manager is responsible for achieving assigned sales quotas through the direct sale of Znode’s products and services. The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for customers in an assigned territory and is expected to provide excellent customer service and build relationships to encourage repeat business opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve sales quota in assigned territory.
  • Acquire new Znode Certified Partners.  
  • Manage relationships with Znode Certified Partners and end-user customers to achieve territory sales targets.
  • Identify and qualify all enterprise and strategic opportunities. Engage and work with Znode management team to deliver a strong value proposition to enterprise and strategic prospects.  
  • Document sales process in SalesForce.com (system of record).  
  • Provide active feedback to the Znode management team to help refine the sales, marketing, and support processes.

Essential Duties:

  • Gain a deep understanding of Znode’s products and business model.  
  • Keep current on the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company.  
  • Market Znode’s products and related services to potential and existing customers who contact Znode by phone, live chat, or e-mail.  
  • Arrange conference calls and online demonstrations on a regular basis (or on demand) for sales leads. Engage the Znode technical and management team as is necessary.  
  • Actively follow up with potential customers and help convert them to sales.  
  • Provide quotes and proposals to prospects as needed.
  • Appropriately route support requests from prospects, customers, and Certified Partners.
