| Description | Works directly with sales staff and account managers to complete administrative tasks as assigned. Processing of all customer orders, customer trouble tickets, returns and other customer correspondence. Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer. Composes and types routine correspondence. Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records. Coordinates manager's schedule and makes appointments. Handles solicitors in a timely manner using best judgment. Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations as needed. Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports. Make collections calls and correspondence via email. Handles the Accounts Receivable function, to encompass billing, collections and ensuring customer satisfaction as needed. Assists with month and year end accounting. Acts as a back up to Office Manager as needed. Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings as requested. Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials. Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes. |
