Essential Functions:

  • Collect and submit all consultants timesheets for billing
  • Prepare monthly invoicing and post client payments
  • Create monthly productivity reports for each consultant
  • Develop and implement tracking system for client software information
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
  • Prepare client marketing packets for each client
  • Maintain vendor relationships
  • Ensure phone and technical equipment are maintained
  • Assist with projects, tasks, and company business as needed
