•B.S. Computer Science or Software Engineering disciplines desired •5+ years of solid, documented, work experience developing web-based software solutions may be substituted for educational requirements

•2-4 years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager •4-6 years experience working in Web-based and/or SAAS application development teams •Highly developed organizational and communication skills, including very strong presentation skills •Proven experience as an Iteration Manager •The ideal candidate will be able to articulate how they have introduced and implemented agile development methodologies •Ability to understand technical issues at high-level •Experience with multiple development methodologies, including XP/Agile •PMP certification a plus
