Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting or related major preferred)

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in an analytical role. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Must have strong analytical skills, the ability to grasp new concepts and be detail oriented. Must be comfortable managing multiple tasks at one time and have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Position Overview: This role is an entry-level position within the integrated services team. One of the primary goals for this role will report to the integrated services manager and provide analytical support to them and additional managers within the group. Major Activities / Responsibilities: Data Management -Customer accounting reports (month-end costs, marked-to-market, budget reports, etc.) -Customer management reporting (unit cost, volume and spend analyses, supplier summaries, etc.) -Data maintenance (e.g. retrieving & tracking energy meter reading information) Invoice Management -Audit invoices against applicable tariff and/or contract terms -Resolve discrepancies directly with vendors and track avoided costs -Process invoices for payment according to customer parameters Contract Management -Review supply confirmations against the executed transaction terms -Organize various contracts and transaction confirmations for efficient record keeping (internal and external) -Proactively track and communicate key contract maturity dates Technology Deployment and Maintenance -Active participation in various software deployments currently underway -Research, develop and maintain rate models supporting invoice audit and supply analysis -Create software templates for electronically extracting data from invoices to populate the master database -Energy Center maintenance (managing customer web portals) -Provide customer training for Energy Center and Database reporting tools Special Projects -Support energy managers with complex supply RFP activities -Seek operational efficiencies through process development and standardization -Both management and customer specific project work will be required (ad-hoc analysis, presentations) To be immediately considered for this exceptional opportunity send your resume directly to rsmith@anuresources.com.
