Angel Funded Companies Eligible for Inaugural Awards from Angel Capital Association

The Angel Capital Association (ACA) has announced a new awards program for the best and most successful angel-funded companies throughout North America.  The inaugural ACA Silvertip Awards has been established as a way to connect portfolio companies with the contacts needed to facilitate successful exits or lucrative strategic partnerships.  Potential large customers, acquisition partners and investors within specific industry sectors will serve as judges for the awards which will be announced in April during the ACA Summit in Boston. 

In addition to increased exposure to key strategic partners, companies also have the chance to win prizes such as a technology “makeover” from HP or free financial consulting services from Pricewaterhouse Coopers.  

Applicants must be nominated by an ACA member angel or angel group, such as Ohio TechAngels, and applications are due March 4th.
