Battelle will support all Homeland Security’s National Infrastructure Coordination Center (NICC) Watch locations and the Office of Infrastructure Protection Incident Management Cell.
The NICC is the mechanism that the National Operations Center uses to maintain contact and exchange information with the agencies and people responsible for protecting U.S. critical resources and infrastructure.
