Growing Columbus company hiring business analyst to support ongoing development projects and initiatives.  Responsibilities include:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements for IS projects
• Documenting business processes
• Interacting with business users and other technology team members to ensure quality during the development process
• Leading requirements gathering for software change requests

Required Skills

• 2+ years experience with gathering and documenting business requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills -  oral and written
• Knowledge/experience in the software development lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree in MIS, technical or business area of study preferred
