Resilience is a hot topic these days as leaders try to bend with the winds of economic change without breaking. 
Research links resilience with positive self-image, courage and commitment, emotional maturity and integrity. The challenge seems to be what to do to develop resilience when yours is getting low.
Leadership consultant Dr. Belinda Gore of Metcalf & Associates will introduce key strategies for becoming a more resilient leader and building resilience in your organization.
