COMSYS is experiencing unprecedented growth in the central Ohio market. As a result, we have a need for individuals to work as Business Development Managers with established clients and new clients.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing lasting relationships with client organizations and marketing COMSYS consultants for staff augmentation, and solutions for value added services. The Business Development Manager will prospect for new clients, meet with existing clients to grow business, discuss needs and solutions with clients, and ultimate close business and provide post sales support. The successful candidate will have the following characteristics:
- Ability to work the sales process towards progress and closure
- A high desire for individual success and achievement
- Ability to develop effective and lasting relationships with all levels of clients
- A sense of urgency and the ability to discern the urgent from the important, and manage their efforts accordingly
- Success with a sales / business development framework used to help guide activities during the sales cycle
- A track record of high achievement in sales
- The desire to be the market leader on a winning team
- The discipline and drive to do what it takes to be successful
- Strong understanding of information technology from a sales perspective
- Experience in consulting and / or staffing industries
These positions are available to individuals with relatively light sales experience (2 – 3 years) as well as individuals that are career sales professionals.
