* 6-8 years work experience * Production implementation experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) or Business Object XIR3 * Experience with relational databases and data structures, data modeling techniques and concepts (e.g. star schemas or snowflake schemas) * Experience using ER Studio to maintain and deploy logical and physical database models * Health Care Background preferred * Industry experience preferred * Experience/exposure to Meaningful Use Criteria, Medical Terminology, AHRQ Core Measures

SUMMARY In this role you will be responsible designing and maintaining our semantic layer and insure that it supports our strategic goals. You will also be responsible creating enterprise data standards. You will work with a team in a very demanding, fast-paced, and dynamic health care environment. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Design and maintain semantic layer(s) in support of a health care data warehouse. * Install and configure Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and/or Business Object XI * Participate and facilitate functional and technical designs of our semantic layer(s) to ensure sound decisions are being made with current and future business and strategies and opportunities * Creates guidelines and standards in terms of our Business Intelligence (BI) environment ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS * Education and Experience ◦ Bachelors Degree ◦ Course of Study/Major: Computer Science, MIS, Statistics ◦ Related work Experience 4-6 years * Minimum of 4 years experience with OBIEE Administrator and/or Business Object Designer to design and maintain semantic layers * Experience implementing various architectural components of each of the tools (e.g. security, aggregate aware, hierarchies, and logical columns) * Highly developed skills for discerning wants from needs and determining core functionality requirements. * Demonstrated ability to learn business process and operations and apply technical solutions. * Personal qualities: Innovation, Resourcefulness, Tenacity, Independence, Energy and Self-Confidence * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively with a broad range of internal and external customers. * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team * Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously * Travel as necessary
