SUMMARY In this role you will be responsible for the development and support of reports built using Business Objects Web Intelligence (WEBI), Business Object Xcelsius, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) in a health care environment. You will work with a team in a very demanding, fast-paced, and dynamic health care environment. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Work with end users to define report requirements * Develop reports based on requirements using Web Intelligence (WEBI), Xcelsius, or OBIEE * Trouble shoot existing Web Intelligence (WEBI), Xcelsius, or OBIEE reports ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS * Education and Experience ◦ Bachelors Degree ◦ Course of Study/Major: Computer Science, MIS, Statistics ◦ Related work Experience 4-6 years * Minimum of 4 years related experience in report development and design * Personal qualities: Innovation, Resourcefulness, Tenacity, Independence, Energy and Self-Confidence * Broad understanding of Business Objects reporting tools (e.g. Web Intelligence) or Oracle reporting tools (e.g. Answers) * Highly developed skills for discerning wants from needs and determining core functional requirements * Demonstrated ability to learn business process and operations and apply technical solutions. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively with a broad range of internal and external customers. * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team * Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously * Travel as necessary
