Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, mathematics or related field is preferred

No experience is required if completed undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems or related degree.

Minimum Required Skills:

Candidates for this position should possess or show proven potential for the following skill set levels:

ASP .NET VB.NET - 1-2 years proven work or classroom experience

SQL Server - 1-2 years proven work or classroom experience

Technical help desk or Product Support specialist - 1-2 years experience preferred

Job responsibilities:

Analyzes and validates system requirements and exsisting business processes and information systems.

Tests, documents and implements software applications according to standards.

Evaluates and provides technical supprot to end user application problems

Performs other duties as assigned

Skills/Compentencies:

Must have the ability to analyze applications and systems.  Must possess problem solving skills to determine or troubleshoot incoming client issues.  Must have decision making skills for problem indentification and solution recommendation.
