We are a rapidly growing, privately-held company located in the Columbus, Ohio suburb of Westerville. Information technology has been critical to our success and is the platform for our planned future growth. Our team is growing and we are seeking a motivated, can-do, business systems analyst who can help us grow our business analysis practices within our fast-paced company. We are looking for someone who can function as the quality expert for our software products as well as the liaison between developers and internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering initiatives to ensure that the needs of the business community are met by the IS project team
• Document existing business processes
• Gather and document business requirements
• Lead testing initiatives and coordinate internal resources for user acceptance testing activities
• Test custom software in a project-based environment
• Interact with IS team members and internal customers to ensure quality in development
• Team player on custom software development projects 

Required Skills

• College degree strongly preferred
• 2-3 years business analysis experience in a custom software development environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to provide analysis of business processes and communicate business requirements to IS Team
• Ability to gather and document business requirements
• Ability to help business users define and design new reports
• Ability to develop test cases based on requirements documentation
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to drive initiatives forward to completion
• Skilled in providing great customer service
