Bachelor's degree preferred

Our client, a successful Columbus company, is seeking intermediate level programmers to join their growing IT organization.  The company places a high value on technology and views it as key to their growth. 
In this role, you will interact with clients and deliver solutions based on adding new features, enhancements and bug fixes to existing software applications. You will also mentor a team of junior developers, providing guidance and leadership.  Interested candidates for this role should thrive on variety and fast pace, while at the same time delivering an excellent customer service experience to business users. 

This is a direct hire, full-time position created due to growth.  Benefits include medical, dental, vision and matching 401(k), among others.  Casual work environment.
