For the current project, the goal is velocity over coaching so we need coding monsters that smash out fully TDD code. Tech Stack: C++ ( objective-c or other c/c++ mobile platform are good too) Nokia Qt Framework (cutting edge open source mobile/embedded platform) Squish GUI + Robot test automation tools Linux / Eclipse

Mid Level - $70-85K
Senior Level/Coach - $90-115K

Needs:
2 Mid to Senior level developers for Des Moines, IA.  Can live in Columbus and travel weekly or live in Detroit and travel, or live in Des Moines. 
C++ description:
Open to contract or full time if open to working or living in Detroit, Columbus or Denver.
Salary is dependent on level of skill.  This is opportunity to join in on a true Agile team and not be held back.  Team will be doing development on a greenfield project with high visibility and support.  Work with other Agile thought leaders and software artisans who are passionate about writing elegant code and providing business value.

We are looking for software polygots.  Company craftsman tend to move between languages and platforms depending on the problem being solved. All of the work is done in an Agile environment and many times will include coaching and transformation work.
