CareerTrack Event: Not Just Temporary: Tips for Working with Staffing Firms

Think staffing firms are only for short-term temporary jobs? Think again. Professional staffing firms are experts in their industry with valuable connection and opportunities. The majority of professional staffing assignments are long-term or temp-to-hire positions that can evolve into fulltime opportunities. Shorter-term projects build experience and connections within new industries, in addition to providing income and keeping your skills current.

Working with a staffing firm can be a valuable piece of your job-search strategy.  As with most aspects of the job search experience, there are tips and techniques to increase your chances of success.

Join Tech Columbus’ CareerTrack on May 17th from 5:30-7:30 to learn how to find the right firm, build the relationship, and get the most out of your experience. Presented by Kristen Harris, Portfolio Creative, and Rich Grunenwald, COMSYS.
