CareWorks Technologies Acquires Plannet Group - IT Company to Offer Comprehensive Low Cost Network Monitoring Solutions for Businesses

CareWorks Technologies is pleased to announce that it acquired Plannet Group.  The acquisition will enable CareWorks, a member of the CareWorks Family of Companies, to provide clients with an affordable turnkey network and security management platform.

Plannet Group’s enterprise-grade technology gives business owners immediate access to their networks with real-time data displaying vital metrics (from the application to the endpoint) and complete reporting and alerting capabilities.

Plannet Group will move from Hilliard to CareWorks’ corporate office in Dublin.
