Today's successful executives need to optimize their performance at individual, organizational, and global scales, within complex business environments. They need to innovate the way they lead at the same pace as they innovate their products, services and processes. During this session we will look at a comprehensive model to help leaders, coaches and OD professionals assess a leader's ability to implement transformative change. Participants will score themselves on the innovative leadership scale and discuss the criteria. Join us to learn why innovative leadership is the differentiator to implementing innovative business change.
