Center for Innovative Food Technology: Ohio Food Industry Expo

Since 1995, the Center for Innovative Food Technology (CIFT) has provided technical solutions to companies involved in some of Ohio's largest and most economically significant industries: food production, processing, and packaging.

The Ohio food Industry Expo will be held where food manufacturers and auxillary service providers can convene to discover new techniques, learn of industry trends, and identify valuable resources that will strengthen the already sizable industry of more than 1,000 food manufacturers in Ohio.

The numerous products and services available to the food industry will be presented by professionals through educational sessions as well as showcased directly through exhibit space.  This is a premier opportunity to access many core food industry representatives from Kraft to Rockwell Automation, and other nationally-recognized businesses.
