Westerville Chamber seeks Business Person of the Year Award Nominations!

WESTERVILLE, OH (September 15, 2011) Is there a business person in the Westerville Area whom you believe does exemplary work and deserves to be recognized? If so, this is your chance to nominate a business professional for his/her hard work, commitment to the job and community, teamwork, leadership and communication skills. Help the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce recognize and award the 2011 Business Person of the Year.

The following criteria may help as you think of your nomination:

• The award focuses on the business person, not the specific business. 
• The award is open to business people, representing any size business within the school district.
• Presentation of the award can be to Chamber members and non-members.
• The nominee should demonstrate a reputation of personal integrity and fair business practices.

The deadline to send the name and contact information of the individual whom you would like to nominate for the award is Monday, October 31, 2011. The Business Person of the Year Award will be presented during the Chamber’s Annual Dinner in January, 2011. Jean Halpin, Director of Regional Operations at OhioHealth Westerville Medical Campus, and the 2010 Business Person of the Year, is chairing the committee.  If you have a business professional in mind for this award, nominate him/her today!
