Cisco Network Engineer (Wireless)

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field

The selected candidate will perform the following duties: - Conduct all functions of LAN support including Cisco route/switch support, Wireless LAN, and DHCP/DNS - Deliver standard/custom supportable infrastructure technology solutions based on architectural standards, new technology roadmaps and business requirements - Perform operational aspects of infrastructure management in accordance with solution requirements and defined Service Level Agreements - Maintain focus on data, voice, security and contact center technologies in support of the technology domain - Provide expert analysis in hardware/software systems engineering - Undertake complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge - Ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency - Design, develop, test, debug and implement complex hardware/software components, tools, and utilities - Conduct complex modifications to existing hardware/software to fit specialized needs and configurations - Establish and communicate common goals and direction for the team - Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff through formal and informal mentoring - Monitor project schedules and cost - Additional duties with server provisioning and after hours work Please email resumes to Ann Angerer at aangerer@unicon-intl.com.
