Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.

Minimum 5 yrs experience in IT management Ability to develop teams and lead people Strong communication skills Experience with managing relationships with Telcommunication service providers and network equipment vendors. Experience with SAN, firewalls, proxies, and non-Cisco equipment. Demostrate an appreciation for data network security. Abitlity to manage project work load and estimate project hours for various data networking solutions. Knowledge and understanding of application flows which include web, databases, load balancers, firewalls, and proxies.

• Manages professional employees and/or supervisors; may manage business support, technicial or production staff.
• Has accountability for managing financial resources.
• Provides technical guidance to employees
• Develops processes and procedures to implement functional strategies.
• Recognizes development needs and capability gaps in own area and arranges specific projects/assignments to address needs.
• Works with customers to anticipate and interpret customer needs and business challenges Identifies quality and service-oriented customer solutions and shares key learning with others.
