Position Title:

Client Solution Advisor

Position Summary

Business-to-business Solutions Consultant focused on recruiting and maintaining clients interested in technology and Managed Services solutions. Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly sales objectives while providing customers with the highest levels of service throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will grow and protect market share within their accounts, contact prospective customers through a combination of email, telephone and in-person contacts, obtain appointments, prepare presentations and proposals, close sales and develop strategic plans for each account.

Key Position Results

  • Develop customer base necessary to meet all sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Maintain high level of product and vendor knowledge.
  • Cross sell additional services at existing clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue quota

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Recruit new clients through active prospecting

  • Requesting referrals from existing clients.
  • Networking events, such as “Tech Columbus”, “IT Martini”, or other networking events.
  • Cold calling into prospective accounts.

Grow and protect market share within their account

  • Have an understanding of the value proposition of all Meridian offerings and be able to discuss each offerings merit with clients.
  • Build a compelling business case using Return On Investment (ROI)
  • Prepare and present proposals, Ability to work with a team and independently.

Strategic and tactical preparation

  • Develop an account strategy plan
  • Engage clients in consultative process
  • Develop a business solution for client from consultative process

Client communication

  • Track all activity in Meridian’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software - ConnectWise
  • Serve as primary support liaison between team and client, conveying customer feedback to solution team.
  • Perform business reviews with clients on a scheduled basis.
