3X Systems (formerly Boxicom)

InsightETE

Provides solutions that measure and troubleshoot IT system performance by monitoring the flow of information end-to-end.  Key accounts include: JP Morgan Chase, American Electric Power, State of Ohio (Jobs & Family Services).  Strategic partners include: Hines Ltd; GotPlanB; West-Monroe Partners.

Palestra Group

The Palestra.com college network of on-campus reporters collect, produce, package, and distribute audio/video about college sports, music, and entertainment.

Platform Lab

Provides non-profit IT testing and training

TeamDynamix

Produces advanced enterprise project management and professional services automation solutions.  V4.0 Project Suite enables users to assess the status of project portfolios with the tools to monitor team progress, identify and resolve problems and communicate with project teams.


Bioscience

BioOhio

Accelerates bioscience industry, research, and education in Ohio.


CellSignals, Inc.

CellSignals applies its proprietary technology in chiral synthesis to develop lipid mediators pertinent to intracellular signal transduction and cancer biology. Currently CellSignals’ product line has grown to more than 40 chemicals covering a variety of inositol polyphosphates and phosphatidylinositol polyphosphates.  CellSignals is actively developing small-molecules, orally bio-available therapeutics for the treatments of breast, skin cancers, and leukemia. 

Clevex

Develops and sells skin biopsy, closure and repair solutions that markedly improve patient outcomes and enhance practice economics for dermatology, cosmetic surgery.  The technology was developed by surgeons at The Cleveland Clinic and is fully owned by CleveX.

DIRAmed LLC

Developers of a painless, non-invasive glucose monitor using proprietary analysis techniques to overcome obstacles of spectroscopic based non-invasive instruments.  A recipient of $125,000 in First Fifty funds with additional funding from individual angel investors.  The company is eligible for Ohio’s Technology Investment Tax Credit (TITC) program.

InVasc Therapeutics

Specializes in target-specific drug discovery with several potential drug therapies at the pre-clinical stage.  The company has developed a proprietary approach to drug discovery that uses molecular structures and an application-based platform that dramatically decreases the time and expense of current large-scale “mining” discovery techniques.  The InVasc process is the result of university-based research at Emory University and The Ohio State University.

Phylogeny

Accelerates the discovery of new drugs by enabling scientists to achieve excellence in functional genomic research. Scientists come to Phylogeny for help in determining the function of various genes involved in diseases such as cancer, arthritis, and Alzheimer’s disease.

Traycer Diagnostic Systems

Representing novel applications of microwave and terahertz imaging technologies for medical applications.

The RubiCon Group

The Rubicon Group is a highly-specialized physician practice management agency dedicated to providing targeted expertise and resources to help physicians throughout the country strengthen and expand their practices. We are truly a full-service physicians practice management agency focused on delivering tangible ROI in every aspect of your business.

Minimally Invasive Devices(MID)

Minimally Invasive Devices LLC (MID) was founded by a laparoscopic surgeon to develop surgical tools that facilitate and enable the performance of Minimally Invasive Surgery. MID's patent portfolio includes technology to improve visualization during laparoscopic surgery, two technologies that facilitate laparoscopic suturing, and a device that simplifies the removal of ureteral stones.


Advanced Materials

Entrotech

Develops film base advanced material solutions for a variety of high-tech industries.  Products are currently utilized in products manufactured or sold by: Avery Dennison, CP Films div. of Solutia, Medline, Hewlett Packard, Western Digital, Dell, Microsoft, Donaldson Filtration, WH Brady, W.L. Gore, Gillette, Schering Plough, Delphi, Jaguar, Daimler Benz and Honda.

Global Seven

Producers of specialty chemicals for personal care and household products; custom-designed products and finished formulations to suit customer needs.  Product line are a wide range of specialty surfactants, emulsifiers, thickeners, amines, amides and esters.

MetaMateria Technologies

Develops innovative nanomaterial synthesis technology, and novel, industry-specific manufacturing and consolidation techniques for the application of advanced materials such as nano-sized ceramics for a wide range of industries, including fuel cells, environmental, biomedical and defense sectors.

Syscom Advanced Materials, Inc.

Syscom Advanced Materials, Inc. was founded in 2005 to produce, market and distribute a new electrically conductive polymer/metal hybrid yarn, AmberStrand® fiber.

NanoStatics

NanoStatics provides solutions to the development of high performance materials in a broad scope of product applications through the applications on nanofibers in a manufacturing environment.
