CMC - Domestic Oil Exploration and Ohio's Economy

TechColumbus is the promotional partner for the Columbus Metropolitan Club's  lunch discussion on Domestic Oil Exploration and Ohio's Economy.

The lesson we learned from last year's price spike is that Ohio's economy does not function on $4 per gallon gas.  From manufacturing to farms, heating your home to food in the grocery affordable energy is fundamental to a stable - and ultimately a growing - economy.

Energy is one of the most hotly debated issues among policy makers and the general public today. Its impact cannot be overstated. As such the Consumer Energy Alliance or CEA supports the thoughtful utilization of energy resources to ensure improved domestic energy security and stable prices.
