Joan Coughlin, Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations for the Better Business Bureau serving Central Ohio will share with us how social media has changed consumer reporting behavior and how consumers are holding business accountable with a multitude of viral platforms. Ms. Coughlin joined the Better Business Bureau in 2002 and is the Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations. She serves as the chief media contact and spokesperson and is responsible for overseeing marketing communications and related activities for the BBB and the BBB’s Center for Character Ethics. Prior to joining the BBB Joan was an officer with National City Bank Columbus Region, Marketing Division. The Central Ohio Better Business Bureau serves over 2 million consumers and 60,000 businesses
