The Columbus Intellectual Property Law Association (CIPLA) presents the "Leahy-Smithy America Invents Act and How it Impacts You." Elizabeth Maag,Patent Attorney with McNees, Wallace & Nurick, LLC will discuss key provisions of the Act and how those provisions will impact the future of patent prosecution, acquisition and enforcement. The AIA was signed into law by President Obama on September 16, 2011, finalizing and significantly changing US Patent Law.
