To mark the upcoming launch of the Columbus Museum of Art's (CMA) Center for Creativity, scheduled for January 1, 2011, the museum recently held a Creativity Summit. The summit was meant to serve as a catalyst for facilitating conversations between multiple audiences and partners focused on the theme of creativity and its potential for profound impact in our community.
The opening of the Center for Creativity will be part of the CMA’s grand celebration marking completion of its $6.9 million renovation. This free community celebration will begin on the Broad Street lawn with hot chocolate, roasted chestnuts, music and a grand unveiling and ribbon-cutting ceremony.
