| Description | NexTech’s Commercial Services Division identifies problem-solving opportunities and develops innovative, client-specific materials and process solutions. Commercial Services’ product portfolio is underpinned by its protective coating technology for solid oxide fuel cell interconnects, but includes unique materials manufacturing capabilities as well as world-class materials/process development for a wide range of applications. The Commercial Services Sales and Account Manager will be responsible executing the division sales plan for the product portfolio. Working closely with the division director and corporate operations, the Manager will including technical services and commercial research/development programs. Duties: Locates or proposes potential business by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities. Develops sales strategies and positions by studying the prospective business proposition and aligning with division strategies; examining risks and potentials; determining partners' needs and goals. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to contract accomplishments. |
