| Description | **LOOKING FOR 2 PEOPLE for a long-term/ potential Full-Time opportunity with a leading Fortune 500 company in Columbus, OH** CONTACT: bdurbin@proteam-solutions.com Performs / monitors / maintains backups and backup reporting (AS/400, Wintel, UNIX). Escalates / reports the repair of Wintel, AS/400, and Unix servers Resets system passwords Monitors alerting systems (OpenView, SiteScan, OFM, and Client Connection) for system messages and alerts Responds to system alerts and messages as appropriate Investigates systems for abnormal conditions and general job backlogs Verifies that all production jobs finished successfully Open / Dispatches / Closes cases in Clarify Completes visual inspection of all environmental monitors ( SiteScan & Cell Watch) Maintains the journal of major events / end of day processes |
