Opportunity:

We are hiring a Configuration Management Administrator position in our Information Technology department.  The Configuration Management Administrator is responsible for providing configuration management services to the NetJets Shared IT department.  Configuration management services include, but are not limited to, enterprise source code management, configuration, administration, training, troubleshooting, policy and direction setting, build environment standards, defect management administration, adherence to standards for audit traceability, release management assistance, project server administration, training, troubleshooting and working with development teams that have differing needs. So what are we looking for?  We’re interested in individuals who can deliver a great customer service experience with multiple customers both inside NetJets and in the public. The Configuration Management Administrator juggles many responsibilities on a daily basis and NetJets depends on the Configuration Management Administrator so that the NetJets customers are taken care of in a professional and timely manner. This position will be located in Columbus, OH.    

What do you need to join our team? 

• Familiarity with defect management principles and processes.

• Demonstrated self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, possesses the ability to set direction when there is little or none.

• NetJets is a 24x7x365 operation. Job will require evening/weekend work to meet project deliverables.

• Position requires accurate and timely tracking of time spent working on projects.
