BS-Business Administration, Accounting MBA or Masters of Accountancy, CPA preferred.

3-5 yrs. corporate accounting experience, having performed and managed month-end financial close & coordination, A/P & A/R oversight, GL & bank reconciliations, troubleshooting & problem solving and staff supervision. We prefer a CPA, with a working familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting system and strong Excel skills.

25 year-old software development growth firm in Central Ohio is looking for an experienced, detailed-oriented accounting professional to assume responsibility for management and production of the company's historical accounting and reporting processes.

A successful candidate will bring several years of corporate accounting experience with all accounting processes and a confident supervisory style that encourages accurate and timely staff performance and staff professional growth.
