What You Will Learn
The last few years have seen the Supreme Court and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office significantly weaken patent protection for software. Many existing U.S. software patents are vulnerable to attack, which means other methods may need to be used to protect proprietary software. Learn cost-effective strategies for dealing with software in this new regulatory environment, and learn how to effectively protect your own innovation through strong and enforceable patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and licenses.
