HLS MedFreight ® is an Information Services company focused on healthcare logistics. We take pride in being the first company to manage inbound and outbound freight for providers (hospitals, clinics, etc.) in the healthcare industry. We are a rapidly growing privately-held company located in Westerville, Ohio, with a strong center of Excellence in Customer Care. Our team is growing and we are seeking a highly-motivated, energetic Account Manager that has customer-focused passion and a drive to exceed expectations.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a team environment focused on a common goal. You will interact and learn all aspects of the business. All associates have the opportunity to earn a quarterly performance bonus.

Responsibilities:

1. Build strong, professional relationships with customers at all organizational levels.

2. Target opportunities with customers and coach them through various savings programs.

3. Drive and conduct business to business reviews.

4. Communicate successfully the initiatives and value proposition of the HLS MedFreight program.

5. Serve as customer advocate throughout the organization.

6. Manage multiple projects with frequent priority shifts.

Qualifications

1. Strong service selling experience required.

2. Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. College degree strongly preferred, some college courses required.

4. Minimum of 10 years professional experience required.

5. Minimum 4-6 years experience in pro-active Business-to-Business client relationships and maintenance.

6. Excellent verbal and written communicator with exceptional phone presence.

7. Experienced in receipt and documentation of customer contact.

8. Excellent Microsoft Office skills required.

9. Demonstrate excellent follow-up and follow-through.

10.Be extremely organized, accurate and highly detail-oriented.

11.Project management experience preferred.
