  • Minimum of 10 years professional experience.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in proactive business-to-business client relationships and maintenance. Strong solution or services selling experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with exceptional phone presence; web conference experience a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent follow-through and follow-up.
  • Extremely organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experienced in receipt and documentation of customer contact; experience with CRM system a plus.
  • Project management experience preferred.

We are seeking a highly-motivated, energetic Customer Care Account Manager who has customer-focused passion and a drive to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, professional relationships with customers at all organizational levels.
  • Successfully communicate initiatives and value proposition of HLS MedFreight programs.
  • Target opportunities with customers and coach them through various savings programs.
  • Drive and conduct business to business reviews.
  • Serve as customer advocate throughout the organization.
  • Manage multiple projects with frequent priority shifts.
