Experience

Basic computer knowledge and ability to use all MS office programs. Experience utilizing multiple methods of communication (phone, fax, email, face to face, etc…) Ability to be cross trained in everything from clerical duties to technical aspects of the company. Inside sales experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete and document all work accurately. Must be self motivated and able to multi-task when necessary.

Description

Westerville based company in search of self-motivated, service-oriented, and professional candidates to fill a customer service position.

Responsible for providing outstanding customer service for all existing customers by utilizing in depth knowledge of company products and services. 

Handle all aspects of Customer Care and Retention

Inbound service calls

Outbound retention calls

Professional conflict resolution

Keep existing customers supplied with up to date products and services

Provide after-hours technical support one week per month

Help out in any way needed around office (answering phones, cleaning, greeting walk in customers, etc…)
