Provides mentorship to other members of the team and direct supervision. Building and maintaining standards, roadmaps, licensing and general documentation. Planning, testing, building, maintaining and general system administration. Participates in projects as required, following a defined project methodology. Participates in the on call rotation. Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor or Associates Degree in related field and 5 to 7 years of experience with Database Administration Certifications a plus, such as SQL MCTS, MCITP, MCM or Oracle OCA, OCP, OCM 1 to 3 years of experience as a supervisor or manager. Ability to establish and maintain relationships within the organization and external vendors Experience with Project management and solution methodology approaches Must have outstanding communication, leadership, and customer service skills Experience with mid to large sized organizations Highly organized and self-motivated Excellent working knowledge of the following; SQL Server 2005/2008 , Oracle Databases, Applications stacks, and various OS platforms such as Windows and AIX Solid working knowledge of MS Office suite including MS Project and MS Visio Ability to be on call 24x7 and have a flexible work schedule Contact: Rob Gudipudi Everest Technologies, Inc 614.408.8148 rgudipudi@everesttech.com
