During the annual State of the City address, Dublin City Manager Marsha Grigsby highlighted a number of key achievements in 2010 that have helped the city expand its tax base through the growth of existing businesses and the attraction of new enterprises to the city. She also announced that the city is launching an international business-attraction program at the Dublin Entrepreneurship Center (DEC) that will help the city look beyond the region for candidates to set up offices and bring in jobs, as well as help Dublin businesses tap into export markets.
