This skill-building workshop is designed to assist managers, supervisors and HR in the effective development and delivery of the performance appraisal as a powerful performance management tool.

Ralph Neal, SPHR, Vice Presi-dent, Educational Services, holds a Bachelor of Science in Management degree, is a public speaker, business manager, ex-perienced management consult-ant, successful entrepreneur, and expert in “soft skill” development. Ralph has led the ERA training function for 11 years and has built a following among the member-ship. He develops and delivers training programs for both public and in-house settings and pro-vides career transition expertise. He is also responsible for the qual-ity of all instructional programs and instructors of the association. Ralph has authored or co-authored a majority of ERA train-ing content. Staff instructor.
