Desktop Administration Specialist

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field OR combination of work experience and certifications in qualified fields (e.g. Help Desk and/or other technical background.)

One to three years’ related experience in Information Technology field in a medium to large enterprise environment. Experience should include end user support, desktop project leadership and associated technical tasks.

Purpose of the job: This position is responsible for architecture design, deployment, and maintenance of the Library's desktop infrastructure, including operating systems, desktop applications, and other information system related technologies as assigned.
