People To My Site (www.peopletomysite.com), a leading Interactive Marketing company in the Columbus, Ohio area, is currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and ambitious individual to join the Digital Marketing Support team to help manage the implementation strategy of several national accounts. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills as well as the ability to perform and multi-task under pressure to fulfill strict deadlines on a daily basis.

The responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Support Representative include, but are not limited to: making monthly outbound phone calls to clients to discuss website performance and consult on ways to improve traffic; handling inbound calls from clients related to performance of website, functionality of content management system and the troubleshooting of various website and e-mail issues.  The Digital Marketing Support Representative will also be responsible for taking work requests from clients, communicating the request to the web production team and ensuring timely completion of each request.
