Has the plot of The Social Network primed you to learn more about digital and social media? Want to know more about reaching an audience with Twitter, Facebook, Yammer, etc.? On April 1 and 2, 2011, the Center for the Study and Teaching of Writing at the Ohio State University will host the third Digital Media in a Social World (DMSW) Conference. April 1 will feature presentations from OSU-affiliated speakers and keynote speaker Mark Frauenfelder, editor of the popular bOING bOING blog and author of Made by Hand: Searching for Meaning in a Throwaway World. April 2 will feature speakers from around the state and the region. Attendance at both days of the conference is FREE.
