- 5+ years hands-on experience in the IT industry, specifically related to software design/ development, database design/development, system integration and deployment.
- 5+ years hands-on experience with technologies, specifically: .NET framework, ASP.NET, C#, XML, SOAP, Web Services, SQL Server, OOP/OOD, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX
- Experience in a lead technical role managing a team of developers. Further experience in a project manager/ business analyst role is not required but is preferred.

Director of IT
Dynamic software company based in Columbus has an opening for a Director of IT who can lead product design, implement enterprise class solutions for customers and lead a team of developers across multiple projects.
Candidate should have significant knowledge & experience with implementing applications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product design, development and roadmap execution for core software products
- Along with management team, refine the product roadmap based on business needs and industry trends
- Work with other OEM software (such as ERP) to create standard integrations
- Lead projects for enterprise customers – including design, implementation and business analysis
- Communicate with clients and potential clients to demonstrate our technology and proposed solutions
- Document technical designs with diagrams, database schemas, descriptive software component documentation, wireframes, etc. as required
- Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure that client expectations are met and that project schedules and budgets are adhered to
- Assist with the creation of proposals, specifically taking ownership of the proposed technical architecture and estimates for development time & resources.
