•IVR, telephony, and Genesys project experience
•Agile project experience
•Waterfall project experience
•JAD session facilitation
•Building and elaborating on Use Cases
•User Stories
•Building, documenting, communicating, and using As-Is and To-Be process flows
•Gap analysis, including current and future state analysis
•MS Project
•Visio
•Clarity (preferred)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven history of over-communicating and offering constructive suggestions.
•Outstanding, positive, engaging, and enthusiastic interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

•Experience working on full lifecycle new development projects (products that are being developed from scratch) to demonstrate an understanding of business and technical needs, roles, and the SDLC process.

Job Description:
Incumbents may specialize in either IT Business Integration Analysis or Systems Analysis. Business Integration Analysis - with direct supervision, translates business architecture through the elicitation and definition of functional requirements. Understands and translates the business strategy, business goals, and business processes into an IT solution. Systems Analysis - with direct supervision, performs the specification and analysis of functional, nonfunctional, and information requirements in order to develop the specifications of an IT solution.
Ability to transform the business through the innovative application of technology. Analytical ability to understand functional requirements and determine their impact to business objectives. Ability to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential information. Ability to define the capabilities that an IT Solution must perform in support of the user's needs. Ability to use structured and disciplined approaches to solving technical problems.
