e-Cycle LLC, a rapidly growing wireless buyback, data protection, and recycling company located in Hilliard, Ohio. The marketing coordinator will report directly to the Director of Marketing and assist the department with its strategic marketing and sales initiatives through efficient and timely support services, including (but not limited to): email marketing, social media outreach, graphic design, creative writing, events/promotions, and CRM administration.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide marketing support for the e-Cycle sales department
· Assist in the management of the email marketing tool and distribution of email communications
· Assist with social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Blog)
· Creative writing, proofreading, and editing
· Graphic design and desktop publishing
· Vendor relations
· Manage event/promotional calendar
· Manage marketing/promotion collateral and inventory levels
· Special event planning and award submissions
· Qualitative market research
· Salesforce database management
· Other duties as needed
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, PR or related field
At least one year experience working in a professional environment in one of the above mentioned fields
REQUIRED SKILLS
Excellent written and oral communication
Advanced proofreading and editing ability
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Working knowledge of Adobe graphic design tools: Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator a plus
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, blogs)
OTHER SKILLS DESIRED (NOT REQUIRED)
Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Email marketing experience
Promotions/event planning
Database management
Web editing
